Sheryl Crawford was a pleasant lender. She was very organized, knowledgeable, and caring. She did not make homeownership for a single mother seem impossible. Actually quite the opposite. She gave hope and even provided tips and resources to make it happen. I had a great experience with Sheryl and the Diamond Residential Company. Thank You! .

I had a great experience working with Pam Franzen at Diamond. As a first time buyer it was all new and Pam was able to guide us through the process to a successful purchase. I was especially pleased with Pam's availability, I could always reach her and the few times I didn't I had a text or call back within minutes. I highly recommend working with Pam

My experience with buying a home through Diamond Residential Mortgage was exceptional! Kris reached out after my initial contact, and he was able to answer all of my questions and give me advice for moving forward plus what to expect. I, then, started working with Jennifer, loan processor, who was able to guide me through everything I needed to submit to the underwriter. It was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. They were able to get me a phenomenal rate, as well!

Diamond was the only company that took their time to help my husband and I to get a house to call home! Other companies we applied to didn't even care and it made us give up at a point but Sheryl Crawford gave us hope. Sheryl was able to tell us what programs we were eligible for and which one would benefit us the most. She even worked with my husband and I during all kinds of hours to get all documents in. I appreciate her and her team. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't be living in our house now. Definitely recommend Sheryl Crawford and Diamond Team to our friend, family and even to anybody whos trying to get a house. We are very happy.

My Loan officer from Diamond Mortgage was David Erdal, let me just start by saying I WAS a first time home buyer and thanks to David's help I was able to get a good rate and loan for the home I love. Being a first time buyer is hard, there are so many steps and David was patient and very detailed when I asked questions. He has great communication, follow through and was extremely responsive. Even when I ran into issues or items I didn't understand from my attorney David would walk me through that paperwork as well. I honestly would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home! Great loan officer!!
